Go to Post Next year they should make Roombas the game piece. They're not very effective at vacuuming the rug that's for sure. - Koko Ed [more]

Desert Strategic Alliance!

Team 987, 842 , 39 , and 1726 have formed an alliance where all information is shared regarding the designing of protyping parts or features of the robots. The game is also analyzed and dissected by all parties involved. The purpose was to help each other during the critical game analysis and early robot design phase. All parties involved shared valuable data about their kicker prototypes and drive systems. The goal being that all teams involved will have great robots and raise the level of play and audience enjoyment. No secrets here! The vegas team set up a website where we could all conference. The folowing links of kicker prototypes are are posted on Youtube and Chiefdelphi. The Desert Strategic Alliance!

We hope that this experience will motivate more sharing between teams so more and more sophisticated robots can be developed and for more teams to collaborate for the good of the "sport" . The way we look at it is, why wouldn't you want to help every team, they could end up being your partner! If they don't and you compete against them they the level of play will be higher and the audience will be better engaged!

No teaser vids or cads, we show it all.

All ready several other teams have asked to be involved! Its working already!
