Each ELEVATED ROBOT means ELEVATED ROBOT to the Platform or Tower
..<G04> Scoring b. Each ELEVATED ROBOT is awarded 2 points, or each SUSPENDED ROBOT is awarded 3 points.
By the animation it say that.
Each ELEVATED ROBOT is awarded 2 points

Your question is a bit confusing...

A robot gets 2 points if it is ELEVATED and 3 if it is SUSPENDED.

A robot is ELEVATED if it is completely on or above the PLATFORM.

A robot is SUSPENDED if it is only touching another ELEVATED / SUSPENDED robot.

if a robot is on the platform does it considered as elevated?$@# and gets the 2 points? R Section 7 3.3 In fact, the game animation specifically points

Having the robot on or above the platform counts as 2 points.
