Yeah I know, my argument was sort of related to the fact that we never needed a separate pressure relief valve in order to use these exact valves before so why should we now?
Also, I sent a question to SMC to ask what their "pressure rating" is; the catalog only says "operational pressure", which could be a different number (they may not operate but they won't blow up either). |
