When using #25 Chain, you will need a spacer between the sprocket and the wheel, but you should be alright if you're using #35 chain.
I also recommend andymark for the spacers, but you can fabricate them out of almost anything. |

It depends on your sprocket diameter. The 22 tooth (#35) sprockets definitely need a spacer; the 28 tooth ones do not.

34 tooth is the smallest possible when using #25 chain on a plaction wheel.
Your best bet, purchase a $4 sprocket spacer from AM. |

We just used a couple of nuts as the spacers.
