Check out FIRST's webpage here that gives all of the information you need for this year's award. I recommend reading the Chairman's Award Instructions and Submission Instructions first. There's no specific quote that you need to reference, although you should check out this year's 2010 Woodie Flowers Award Criteria. It's available on FIRST's website here. This is a tremendous help in getting started with the WFA essay you plan to write.
