Download Labview 8.6 to cRIO
I'm trying to download my Labview program to the cRIO. The program is debugged, the cRIO is connected, but Labview 8.5.1 is currently installed on it. Is there any way to get Labview 8.6 downloaded to the cRIO?

You don't download Labview 8.6 to the Crio. If you've followed the directions in the controls manual, you should have already updated both your driver station and your Crio to Image Version 19. Have you done so?

It sounds like you might have last year's image on the cRIO. You need to reimage the cRIO with this year's (2010) cRIO image. If you installed the 2010 FRC software (I'm assuming you must have because you have LabVIEW 8.6), then the FRC cRIO Imaging Tool shortcut should be installed on your Windows desktop.
