cRio problems

It started out with us not being able to download code to the cRio. It's now gotten to the point were we can't even see the cRio on the network in order to try to reimage it. The last log we have for it is

I would try communicating with the cRIO with a direct connect to the PC to eliminate any network issues. Do this with a different cable as well. Usually it is the simplest things that are overlooked that cause the majority of the problems.

I also want to add when you do a direct connect use a CROSSOVER cable. They are almost exactly the same as an ethernet cable, but are usually colored Orange or Pink. If you still can't tell if a cable is crossover, look at the connectors on the end. The wires inside should be flip-flopped in color.
