Ethernet cables not 'clipping' into Classmate PC
We should have reported this earlier, but it appears the Ethernet port on our Classmate PC has been partially broken since we opened it. No CAT5 Ethernet cable (we tried a bunch of different ones) will 'click' and stay in the port. Although just an annoyance now, it's gonna be a bigger problem at the regional...
We already took a close look at the port. Did something break off the Ethernet port that we aren't aware of? Is there an easy fix for this? I'll try getting some photos of the port later. EDIT: To clarify the "opened" part, I meant since we opened the box it was in, we didn't open the Classmate itself. >_> Last edited by TD912 : 31-01-2010 at 23:29.
