Your prototyping reminds me of our prototyping. We had similar results with a pneumatic shooter as well as our prototype spinning shooter, although yours looks alot nicer. We also had similar results over the bump.

nice kicker.

can you clarify what you use the pnuematics for? is this for position adjustment? I ask because I am assuming that the kicker is actually a rotating paddle wheel.

It is to slide the spinner it in and out. The purpose is to slide it out and in quickly to make a kick. This allows the advantages of a spinning kicker to be had and combine them with the consistency of force you would get from a pneumatic kicker.
