gyro problem

We put our gyro to the analog breakout. And when we open the driver station, indicator of gyro always turns around. When we move the robot, the indicator doesn't show a specific place. Do you have the same problem? Or what can we do?

Re: gyro problem

Check your wiring. Make sure the signal, power, and ground connections are going to the proper pins on input 1 of the Analog Breakout board. Make sure there is 12v power to the Analog Breakout, and that its green LED is lit.

Are you using C++? LabVIEW? Java?

Re: gyro problem

Are you moving your robot when you start the code? That would throw off the calibration making is spin all the time. Also, if it just isn't hooked up, it would probably just sit there, depending on the noise on the input.
