Analog Breakout Board

It appears we have two versions of the Analog Breakout stocked in the lab - Revision 4 and Revision 6. One is on red PWB and one is on a blue board. Does anyone know the difference between the two, and if using the older version is inadvisable or against FRC competition rules?

Re: Analog Breakout Board

They are both legal.
The new one Eric Van Wyk redesigned to be much more accurate that's all.

Re: Analog Breakout Board

You can use them interchangeably.

Benefits of the Red one:
Its Red!
Higher maximum output current.

Benefits of the Blue one:
Its Blue!
Better accuracy and noise performance.

Unless you run into an issue with one, use whichever suits you better.

You could misinterpret the bumper cover rules and swap the two each match!

Re: Analog Breakout Board

I like the alliance color swapping!

You also have two analog slots, one for each color.
