Have you prototyped at different speeds (mainly, much slower)? In our much less precise, "play for 5 minutes with a drill" test, it seemed to work a little better moving slower. You guys have almost certainly put more work into yours, so I'm interested in seeing what decisions you made with the roller as it stands now.

Also, why not run a pully from the FP to the shaft directly instead of a speed increase and reduction in time?
