Question Labview Dashboard not displaying camera.

When we boot up our classmate pc into the driver account we are unable to receive a camera image. We have it hooked up to the cRio through a crossover cable and we are using the default LV code. Is there something else we need to do to get it working? And one other note, we are able to connect to it if we hook it up directly to our computer.
