Switching Bumper Colors
Hello from team 2443
our team has a question that has been debated over back and forth between team members but now as we're getting down to the end of the build season we need a definite answer. Is it legal to use velcro to change the color of your bumpers? the idea we had was to just change the outside color instead of changing the whole bumper itself. And if it is illegal what ways have come up in your area about changing bumper color?
