Re: Motors allowed on the robot.

Or open them up and remove the potentiometer. I don't know if that would be legal, but it is possible. That would make it always think its centered, so always try to move to one side or the other forever (after removing physical stops). They make good motors for really small things, and vEx motors are basically servos w/o pots.
