CAN setup troubles

Just today our team decided to switch to CAN for Jag control. We ordered a Black Jaguar and the serial-can connector and I'm trying to setup some test code for CAN. I downloaded the example from FIRSTForge and loaded it into Windriver. It complained about the CANJaguar folder not being a subfolder for the example so I copied it there, and then when I tried to do a straight compile from example I got a ton of errors in "ChipObject/NiRioStatus.h". Did I skip a step in setting up the CAN code? I really need to have it working soon

Re: CAN setup troubles

modify the include header in CANJaguar.cpp
#include "CANJaguar.h"
#include "ChipObject/NiRio.h" <-add this line
#include "ChipObject/NiRioStatus.h"

http://www.chiefdelphi.com/forums/sh...ad.php?t=80706

Please note, I do not take credit for this, I mearly copied byteit101's response that worked for me.

EDIT: For future questions, you can usually find the answer faster if you use the search function. I just put in ChipObject/NiRioStatus.h and got several hits.
