to get a different animation under your name besides the robot and the ones you already have up? And how would I be able to get one?

go to edit your options
click the 'change avatar' button, near the bottom
then choose 'yes', near the bottom
and either put in a URL to the avatar you want, or upload a file from your computer

note the filesize and dimensions do matter. the maximum size of your custom image is 80 by 80 pixels or 25600 bytes (whichever is smaller).
