"Bad" weather is all in the interpretation.
Here in Vancouver we've been having one of the warmest "winters" ever. Which is great... unless you happen to be hosting the Winter Olympics. Whistler has plenty of snow, but on the local mountains they have to truck it in! I'm sure the snowboarders and freestyle skiers competing on the local mountains wouldn't describe your weather as "bad". Jason
