As many as you need, and fit within the cost and size and weight and power distribution constraints.

I believe that the GDC calculated over 800 could fit in the volume constraints, and 102 could fit in the price constraints. Perhaps it's a good thing that they didn't also do the weight constraint...

I believe the weight constraint is 1000.
