They specifically request it in 720x480 Quicktime NTSC DV Codec 29.97 fps.

We composed our movie in Autodesk Combustion - which Autodesk provided.. last fall. But when I tried to download it again, it was not among the software available.

Quicktime Pro for about $30 will do it (though I have never used it)
The last time I used iMovie it destroyed the resolution - looked horrible.

We are in the same boat. We assumed that Toxik was the software to use but can't import video files.

Any answers?

I was surprised that Combustion was not available for download, too. But, you can download a free 30 day trial at the Autodesk site.

Yes, but it renders a red X on every frame - a true trial version....
