The task that terminates is supposed to terminate.
However, if you've followed the instructions in Getting Started With C,

then your main robot task will have been spawned and 'attached to' by the debugger.

The Getting Started with.... document does a poor job of explaining the subtleties of this part of the debugging.

I am going to try to attach a word doc I threw together.
It is sparse on text and relies more on screen shots.
I hope I can attach it and I hope it helps.
