Problems with cRIO Saved code

I have saved code onto the cRIO by building the bootup deployment and running it as startup on the cRIO. when the robot reboots, the driver station shows that there is code, but when the robot is enabled, there is no pwm signal to the jaguars. also, the camera feed, which was also working when the code was not saved to the cRIO, is giving a blank screen. when i saved the code to the robot, it there was a message something along the lines of the code included real-time components and would stop any other programs on the cRIO.

is this message related to the problems i am having, or is it just a warning?
also, if it is just a warning, is there anyone that knows what is wrong with the saved code?thanks
