Error... LARGE error with classmate

Hey, our team has hit a rather large bump. The Classmate PC with the ground with thump and now the display is fractured. Would anyone know who to contact to get a new one?

CTL for Classmate hardware help - Submit a ticket online. Please remember to include the Serial # or Asset Tag # of your Classmate PC, your contact info, and a shipping address if a repair is needed. We sent ours back for an ethernet port fix three weeks ago and still waiting for it's return. Good Luck
