The 2nd error may be due to FRC_JavaVM somehow being deleted from the cRIO. You can ftp to the cRIO, and see if there's a file named /ni-rt/system/FRC_JavaVM.out. I'm still trying to figure out why it works for a while then falls apart. But a work-around may be to use an ftp tool to delete FRC_JavaVM.out, squawk.out, squawk.suite, and robot.suite. Then reboot the cRio and try to deploy your code from netBeans normally.
