take a hollow aluminum block, 1"x3"x2'6", custom fit a hand sanded handle from a solid block of wood, and promote teamwork with it

In my opinion, if someone isnt working...send them home thats exactly what my team does. see how your team reacts to you saying that if anyone isnt working, they get sent home

I prefer pool noodles. We have plenty extra (we found a good deal and decided to stock up for a few years), they're light weight, make a good "thwack" when they make contact, don't inflict permanent injury. The person you target gets the point... and the "thwack" reminds everyone else in the room while your at it

Our team has discovered (the hard way) that PWM cables are very painful. We also use pool noodles.
