2GoPC restoration error

Hello,

Our team is also having problems with trying to restore the PC back to the original state but unfortunately it is not working.
I have followed the instructions step by step and in the middle of restoring the PC, I see some error messages in the command prompt pointing at about 5-8 Labview 8.6 Installation directory saying that the following files are corrupted and unreadable.

And after that when we restart it, we get this error message:

"Windows could not start because the following file is missing or corrupt
<Windows root>\system32\hal.dll
"

We have tried using another team's USB key and restoring it multiple times but we get the same error message everytime.

Does anyone have any idea on whats going on ?

Thanks
