Axis camera account gone

We have spent a lot of time on the camera this season, and finally got it working a few weeks ago, after discovering that we need to create an account on the camera with username FRC and password FRC. So that was settled, but we are finding that every so often, the driver station cannot find the camera. So upon going back into the camera settings, we find that the FRC FRC account is gone. Does anybody know why it is randomly deleted, or how to fix it? This has happened 2 or 3 times now.

Re: Axis camera account gone

Is it possible that the reset button is sometimes being pressed while the robot is powering up? That would reset the camera to factory defaults.

Look on the back. It is below the mounting bolt.
