Re: Camera Lag After the Mandatory Updates
Our team solved this by downloading a custom Dashboard and using that instead. It removed a few of the graphs that were included in the latest update, but we didn't use those anyways, and we now have almost live video feed, which is amazing.

how do you download a custom Dashboard?. Our team is having a tough time with camera lag. Before the update it was like 2 seconds but after the update it went up to 5 seconds. All we are doing with the camera is calling the getinstance in the constructor. |

Re: Camera Lag After the Mandatory Updates
We've customized our dashboard a bit as well, and we even have our own custom camera code. It was pretty cool Sunday night sitting in the programming room watching people work on the robot.

Turn off automatic error logging on the robot.
search for this thread to see how: "Turning off automatic error logging in LabVIEW may improve loop timing " (no link so this appears faster) |
