0 = 1, but 1 = 1 as well?

so a day before the robot shipped i went to do a final diagnostic on the robot to make sure that everything that was plugged in worked. Our team has 3 solenoids labeled in labview 1, 2, 3 respectively (see picture if needed). I know that 1 = 0 and 2 = 1 etc. however, lately 1 would trigger 1 on the cRio (not 0), and 2 would trigger 2 (not 1). I have neither an idea on what to do, nor an idea of how to fix this.

PS, when debugging, does light on = true or false? I assume that on = true.

Re: 0 = 1, but 1 = 1 as well?

I don't see the "0" you're talking about.

For that matter, I don't see the "1" or "2" or "3" -- your solenoids are registered with the names "S1" and "S2" and "S3". Can you ask your question with details that match the code you're using? It would also help to see the part of the code that isn't doing what you want it to.

I don't know what debugging light you are talking about either.

There shouldn't be a solenoid zero. The solenoid numbers in LabVIEW are directly allocated to the labeled slots in the cRIO Pneumatics Bumper.. which is 1-8.

Most of the time, counting starts at zero, but in this specific case... one is one, and two is two... etc.

Also, yes, true means it's on or open.

Re: 0 = 1, but 1 = 1 as well?

O.K., 1 = 1 in this case. Thank You
