Walking the pits before the first matches to see all the cool ideas and unique approaches (not to mention seeing a lot of old friends) is one of my favorite things in the world to do.
I want to see all the rookies & 2nd year teams, and I want to see all the quiet established teams that succeed beyond their wildest expectations. Mostly, I want to see kids that are having a blast while learning, and are excited about something that will really shape their future in a positive way. But of course being a MI team, I have my list of the usual statewide suspects: 904, 85, 141, 70/494, 67, 469, 910, 51, 247, 217, 1, 27, 33, 245, 66, 68, etc., etc. Only 5 days to go!
