Is it legal to fasten wire and pneumatic tubing with plastic spiral wire wrap?

May cotterless hitch pins be used as a fastener?

Yes you may use plastic spiral wrap for wires & tubing -- Counts as a fastner as far as I can tell.

Yes you may use X as a fastener, provided it meets the definition we have set for fastners. In this case X is a cotterless hinge pin. You may have others.
