Pressure from a series of rubber bands tries to pull the kicker in a downward position. The second solenoid switch is used to operate the second pneumatic arm. This second arm unloads the latch, allowing the kicker to move forward.
I am viewing this as two separate systems. One system is programmed to pull the kicker into position. The second system is used to release the latch.
We have already written the program for the kicker, but it doesn’t seem to be working. We are trying to wire it using two spike relays, but this doesn’t seem to be working. We are thinking about rewiring this to the newer bumper system.
Any help would be much appreciated.
