I noted the same phenomena at our local pre-ship scrimmage. I brought it to FIRST's attention but I would guess it's fairly low on their radar screen right now.

The flux capacitor should have been allowed under the flowchart as long as it met the single component maximum cost. I did check with Digikey and they no longer carry the line. - Al Skierkiewicz [more]
