Force them to scout! Oh wait...that kills morale. Ehh...DO IT ANYWAYS!
If the people did something during the year to contribute to the robot making it to competitions, they shouldn't need to 'get' team spirit. Team 84 seems to have lots of team spirit ![]() To make your team's spirit get noticed, chants help. Something simple, stupid, and snappy (UP CHUCK, UP CHUCK, UP CHUCK!) Normally chants get mumbled into oblivion, but it still sounds cool. Cheer at everything. Win, lose, who cares!? Cheer anyways. Cheer at stuff breaking Stay in a huge mob and walk around cheering. ![]() That's all I can think of. |
