Well, I have good news and bad news.
Good news is that our team has the same problem, and I don't think you have anything to worry about. Bad news is that we have not been to competition yet, so I can't say for sure. Good news is that in the driver station, there is a button below autonomous and teleop that says practice, and that gives you the 15 second autonomous and a limited teleop.

That is normal, and documented behavior when switching from disabled to enabled.
We've been to a competition already with it. It doesn't matter.
