Hold on ... if you look carefully, there are minor differences in the spacing between the dots on the page under "General Notices." I think it is Morris code. It looks like it says, ".-. --- -... --- - ... .-- .. .-.. .-.. ... .-- .. -- " which is translated, "ROBOTS WILL SWIM"

Looks like they are sending out a game hint for next year. A water game! Whoo hooo!
