Exclamation Motor Speed with joysticks

Hey all! I need some help. What I am trying to do is have telop.vi setup so that when the joysticks are all the way forward I only get 25% of the maximum power that the motors could have. And when I need full power I just press BOTH of the number 1 buttons on my joysticks and then go forward for full power! I have tried everything I could think of. I am using a two motor tank drive system. Thanks!!!

P.S Need help fast! friday is last programming day!!!!
