Armageddon - possibly one of the worst sci-fi movies ever made; horrible acting, completely transparent plot, and so many technical and factual errors that it was impossible to beat them into submission long enough to suspend belief and try to understand the story. They should have blown up the crew at the beginning of the mission instead of waiting until the end, and saved us all a lot of pain.

Return Of The Killer Tomatoes - the original "Attack Of The Killer Tomatoes" was a classic, 100% pure, tacky schlock, but the sequel was just plain bad. The only good part was the helicopter crash - it was a real helicopter crash that happened on the set while the crew was filming, and they happened to catch it on film and found a way to write it into the script.

Plan 9 From Outer Space - I said "Armageddon" was possibly one of the worst sci-fi movies ever made. "Plan 9 From Outer Space" was DEFINITELY the worst sci-fi movie ever made, and possibly the worst movie EVER. The budget was so low that the "space monster" was a guy dressed in a gorilla suit with a diving helmet on his head. Bela Lugosi was to star in it, but died just after filming started. So they hired a stand in, who held a cape across his face for the rest of the filming so you couldn't tell it wasn't Lugosi. In the space scenes, you can actually see the strings from which the flying saucers hang. Another fine contribution from Director Ed Wood.
