Several ways:
You can tie the two actions together through a Time Delay vi (Programming -> Timing palette) You can use a flat sequence structure (Programming -> Structures palette) You can use a State machine (http://frcmastery.com/try-me/state-machines/) You'll want to use a State Machine if you're implementing this in Teleop.
