Ergonomics and Orthopometrics
Does anyone know a good site for ergonomics and/or orthropometrics (the height of an average person, the height of an average person sitting down, height of a person's arms (with elbows bent at 90 degrees), etc.)
It's for a school prooject ... we are being reqiured to design a work/design station for our tech center - Thanks ![]() - Katie |

WooHoo for Katie giving me something to do while I sit here in school,
Ergonomics Google Category Sitting Overview - Very indepth :-p I couldn't really find anything on Orthometrics, all I got was some dental thing, then again it is 9:45 and I'm tired from my Spanish test I try.... |

Also, if you get a book on the standards for architectural design it will tell you all that stuff that you have to take into consideration when designing chairs or desks and what not!!!

Once when I was younger I shoved a ruler up my ...
... nose, and found out my nostril was 1.85 centimeters deep (I was very bored that day). Is that the sort of data you are seeking? Maybe it will be useful... -dave |
