Ergonomics and Orthopometrics

Does anyone know a good site for ergonomics and/or orthropometrics (the height of an average person,the height of an average person sitting down, height of a person's arms (with elbows bent at 90 degrees), etc.)

It's for a school prooject ... we are being reqiured to design a work/design station for our tech center - Thanks
