We use a student coach/team captain for Team 342. This allows us mentors to sit in the pit area during competition and just relax. Watching the competition really gets our stomachs tied in knots. - cbolin [more]

Our team's mentors play a large part in the design and fabrication of the robot because they want the students to learn from good leadership and get the most out of the FIRST experience.
