Banebots P80 Key Dimensions

Hey CD,

I was just wondering if anyone knew the dimensions for the machine key int he Banebots P80 gearbox. I looked at Banebots, but I'm not sure what they mean. We're trying to manufacture a steel key and I need to know the width of the key so it will fit into the gearbox shaft.

Thanks.

Re: Banebots P80 Key Dimensions

Thank you very much. Also, do you know how deep the key in the shaft is?

Re: Banebots P80 Key Dimensions

The key is 1/16 deep in both the shaft and hub for a total of 1/8. If your asking about how long, one inch long keys are used in hubs like those from AndyMark.
