Greetings Championship Teams:
We are asking you kindly take a moment to reply to this email with your load in date - Wednesday the 14th or Thursday the 15th. This will help us greatly in planning for accurate volunteer and staff numbers to help expedite the process for all teams. If you have already replied to this email with your load in date, please disregard. Please feel free to simply write back: " Wednesday" or "Thursday"along with your team number.
