We're not asking you to, and its fine if you don't. However, we would like to know in advance so we can plan accordingly."

That's happened to me also at one of our events this year. It was actually a really smart strategy of a team to do that; so they could have the guaranteed best alliance possible, but it takes all of the fun out of realizing your top picks were already gone when you're out on the field
