Wow, great website! A lot of content, and very well presented and organized. This really raises the bar.

On a related note, are any other web designers / webmasters out there interested in critiquing each others' team sites? Maybe we could do a "rate the website above you" thread or something to that extent.

Although this question deserves its own topic, we would be happy to help in whatever way we can as long as we know what we need to do. We've received several requests for help which did not specify what kind of help was needed. As for evaluating sites, we are willing to do so, but be warned that if we see a critical error, we will probably be rather blunt about it.

I agree with Jogo I'd love to see a "critique my site" thread.

Kirtar there is nothing wrong with being blunt on critical errors. It's the opinionated items that people need to be more giving on. =)

Agreed. I think we can assume that spitting out PHP errors for example, is bad, but certain design elements may be appealing to some people and not to others (e.g. the black diamond plate background that we had last year).
