We don't really have leadership per se. Usually anyone who is looking for help usually knows which student to go to. We do have teams in a way.
Mechanical - People who do motors, building, etc. Electrical (Programming is often included under this) - People who wire and program the robot. Often enough, there are so few programmers, that we help wire as well. Chairman's - Assorted group of people who usually do Chairman's, Woodie Flower's, and the other awards, as well as animation. Anything else is usually handled by many different people as a whole.
