-me, after some genius (me) had the bright idea of putting the allen-wrench end of an allen bolt on the inside of the C-channel, with a piece of plywood above it. Took me twenty minutes to get the thing out, along with three different allen wrenches, two socket wrenches, four pairs of pliers, and a fair amount of yelling at the stupid bolt to GET THE $!&%$#&!% OUT OF THERE!!!! I think I need to think ahead more  Thaine
