**FIRST EMAIL**/Email Server Down at FIRST Headquarters/TIMS Closing April 29 @ 8 PM
Greetings Teams:
As some of you may know, we have been experiencing difficulties with our email server at FIRST Headquarters, and consequently we have been unable to receive or send any emails in recent days. We are just now beginning to see some emails from the outside world trickling in, and will do our very best to answer them in the order they were received. We apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we continue to work to resolve this issue. Remember, you can reach Team Support by phone at 1-800-871-8326 x0. Please note the Team Information Management System (TIMS) will be closed temporarily beginning tomorrow, April 29th @ 8 PM EST (5 PM PST), and will re-open in May to allow for teams to begin inputting their 2011 data.
