How heavy is it? Looks like it has some weight to it, though the curved corners make me wonder what it is made out of...

Yea actually SWAT designed theres after us. We try to help inspire other teams to get the spirit going at competition. Yes it is foam wrapped in fiberglass. It was very time consuming but definitly worth it in the end. With the 12" JL sub the IDJ and 6in speakers, tweaters, and lights it weighs right around 50 pounds. Its not to bad to carry around, I have done it for the past three years and it progressively gets better. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
